Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. On occasion, delivery may take longer due to supplier or carrier delays outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us via our Contact page and we'll follow up for you.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD. Orders under $50 AUD incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Heatamate is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
