How long do the heated products last on a single charge? Most of our heated jackets and gloves last 4–8 hours depending on the heat setting used. Lower settings extend battery life significantly.

Are your products safe to wear all day? Yes. All Heatamate products use low-voltage heating elements with built-in overheat protection, making them safe for extended wear.

Do you ship Australia-wide? Yes — we ship to all states and territories across Australia. Free shipping on all orders over $50.

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit? Absolutely. We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Are the heated jackets waterproof? Our heated jackets are water-resistant, making them suitable for light rain and cold wind. We don't recommend submerging them in water.
